How to connect MIDI keyboard with Everyone Piano:
Step 1: Connect MIDI keyboard to USB interface on computer.
Step 2: Run Everyone Piano, press Settings -> Audio Frequency -> select MIDI Keyboard (eg USB Keystation e s88 In) in the Input window. Press OK, then close the Settings window and play a song on the connected MIDI keyboard.
