If the USB is not recognized, try the following:
Step 9: Log into the infected machine, wait for Trend Micro Anti-Ransomware Tool to stop locking the screen and open the driver

Step 10: Continue using the tool to troubleshoot
Step 11: Click Scan to scan your computer
Step 12: When the scan results are displayed, click Fix Now
